We are an interdisciplinary feminist collective that works on disaster risk management with a gender perspective from an intersectional approach.

Our vision is to effect change in the approach to disaster risk management by incorporating a gender perspective, in order to achieve the empowerment of vulnerable populations through more just and equitable processes.

We work from a place of sisterhood, respect, inclusion, anti-patriarchy, sincerity, transparency, commitment, love, and human rights, advocating for organizational structures that promote personal and professional growth.

Our team is made up of professionals from diverse disciplines, and we operate in areas such as research, analysis, education and training, among others.
