Our Principles
Our vision is to foster change in the way disaster risk management is approached by incorporating a gender perspective that makes differentiated vulnerabilities visible and advances more just and equitable processes.

We work from a place of solidarity among women, respect, inclusion, and an anti-patriarchal perspective, building relationships of support and collaboration while questioning exclusionary dynamics within institutions and territories. We practice sincerity and transparency, acting with clarity and responsibility in every action. Commitment and care are at the center of our work, and we always operate from a human rights perspective as the foundation of our work and collective learning.

We value collective processes, promoting the active participation of communities, institutions, and organizations in generating knowledge and solutions. We are oriented toward structural transformation, seeking to influence policies, institutions, and disaster risk management practices in order to achieve lasting change.
